Ahmed Nawar I have been going to Fit Theory for 2 years now. It is a spacious studio with plenty of parking. The flexible scheduling is a huge plus for me in addition to the personalized training plans and attention I get during the sessions. Candy, the owner and trainer, is supportive and pushes everyone to get better. Elie M Fit Theory keeps you consistent and accountable by making it easy to work classes into your daily routine. Scheduling is easy and flexible via an app. Classes are 30 minutes long and challenging, so your time is spent efficiently. The facility is really clean and well maintained. Since this is a privately owned studio, you are routed from exercise to exercise and not waiting on others to finish their set, which adds to a time well spent. Class sizes are small and individualized, so it's private and not overwhelming. Exercises are catered to your goals and movements are very practical. Stamina, mobility, core strength, fine movements, and moving in or getting up from awkward positions or tight spaces have improved. A worthwhile investment for anyone at any place in life looking to improve. Mira Hitz Candy is a knowledgeable and supportive trainer who uses your own goals to create personalized routines that work for you. The gym is a spacious, clean, and supportive environment—I couldn’t recommend FitTheory more! Training with Candy has been challenging for sure , but also very fun. She keeps switching the workouts depending on where I’m at ofcourse which I like.
