Fit Theory is a privately owned studio designed exclusively for personal training and bootcamp. Your monthly membership includes 2, 3 or 5 sessions per week with sessions beginning every 30 minutes to easily fit your schedule. Additionally bootcamp class is offered twice a week. Enjoy a private training space with a community feel where you can efficiently workout in an atmosphere that is clean, organized, and comfortable. You will also benefit from our view that each individuals fitness level and goals are different so we offer workouts tailored to your needs and designed to keep you motivated and energized. No one regrets leaving the gym.
