Fit Theory is a privately owned studio designed exclusively for personal training and bootcamp. Your monthly membership includes 2, 3 or 5 sessions per week with sessions beginning every 30 minutes to easily fit your schedule. Additionally a 45 minute bootcamp class is offered on Saturday mornings.  You will also benefit from our view that each individuals fitness level and goals are different so we offer workouts tailored to your needs designed to keep you motivated and energized.  Invest in yourself – No one regrets leaving the gym!

  • Full membership includes up to 5 personal training sessions per week for $1350/month 
  • Half membership includes up to 3 personal training sessions per week M-F for $900/month
  • Mini membership includes up to 2 personal training sessions per week M-F for $700/month
  • Boot Camp: Drop in fee of $50 held on Saturday at 10:00am

Personal Training Classes

2 Sessions Per Week
