Fit Theory is a 4000 square foot private gym located in Mountain View, California. Open from 6am to 7pm with personal training sessions that start every 30 minutes. Stay safe & motivated in a clean and spacious facility, that is dedicated to helping you obtain your goals and overall health. We are deeply invested in their careers, education, goal setting and are dedicated to developing long-term relationships with our clients.
Opened in 2017, Fit Theory boasts a long list of testimonials filled with goals met, strength gained and happiness found. The owner is proud to have been in the fitness industry for 20 years and is dedicated to not only creating a welcoming culture and beautiful gym environment, but additionally making it a personal goal for the clients to meet theirs.

We work with people 18-85+, on all goals, from mobility and balance, to weight loss and strength gain. This is personal training after all, so there is a heavy focus on preventing injury or strength disparity. After your warm up, you will work with one of our personal trainers to obtain your specific goals, no matter your level.

Our well equipped space is 4000 square feet, outfitted with kinesis walls, free weights, cardio equipment, stacked weight machines, indoor turf and much more. Take a shower in one of our two private bathrooms after your workout. The cardio and stretching areas are separate to keep the rest of the studio clean and open only for personal training.

After you warm up the sessions are 30 minutes. We waste no time so you know you can make a workout fit into your busy schedule. After joining you’re able to use our app to sign up for a personal training sessions 2, 3, or 5 times per week. You have the flexibility to change your schedule each week to fit your needs.
