Working out can benefit more than just the young or naturally athletic. The digestive system, aging process, degenerative diseases and mood balance are all effected by exercise. We welcome the opportunity to work with people that need fitness in their lives for various reasons. The owner of Fit Theory, Candy, notes her biggest point of pride was working with a Parkinson's patient and helping him regain the ability to walk stairs alone. Giving back life and independence through physical fitness is just as important as aesthetics.

Fit Theory believes in a variety of techniques to prevent strength disparity, injury or boredom. The Studio is very well equipped to accommodate all ages and levels, while staying clean and private.
